In their new home, they wanted to create a workplace that reflected their expertise and celebrate their culture.
The concept design translates their legacy and global transparency into the physical environment while integrating culture and collective experience. Originally oriented to Latin American investors, the idea of bringing cues of each culture was an integrating element of the design.
Timeless spaces created for strategic client-focused activities and open space areas that encourage collaboration were two of the strategies used during the design phase. A third element that elevated the level of complexity of this project was an interconnecting stair between the top two floors of the building.
