One of the biggest mixed-use projects in development in the city of Coral Gables. Includes three residential towers with retail and commercial offices on the lower levels. Expected completion at the end fo 2020.
The proposal reflects a new point of view for the way we want to live and work today. Using three different components of nature on each building we generate contrasting solutions that express dynamism. Hence, the selection of materials, look and feel and components of the space.
This project was done while working at Gensler. As part of the team, my role was to conceptualize and develop the design of the public spaces and the construction documentation of the interior set.
